All our services are subject to the following sales-, delivery-, and payment conditions for all product of Stickerella, Förlibuckrain 3a, 8942 Oberrieden, Switzerland. Acceptance of these conditions is valid when you order our products.
Offer
Our offers are without obligation. The contract of purchase is binding when your order is confirmed by e-mail. The current website is valid, by replacing it by a new edition the validity expires and the new website is valid.
Pricing
All prices on our site are in CHF and Euros’ and inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate, excluding postage. Stickerella reserves the right to change the price of its products at any time and without notice.
The delivery costs are charged to the customer.
Within Switzerland
CHF 1,30 (about 0,87 Euro*) , within Europe CHF 4,50 (about 3 Euro*) outside Europe CHF 8,80 (about 6 Euro*), disregarding the amount of labels you order. After you ordered with us, it is not possible to add on more sets. All orders will be shipped by airmail within 7-10 days of receiving payment. Stickerella is not responsible for any excess delivery time, loss or damage by the post. From the moment we handle the order over to them, the delivery depends on the postal service.
Payment
As soon as the contract amount (order amount + delivery costs) is transferred on to the Stickerella account, your orders is being produced and send to the address you specified. We offer the following payment options:
PayPal: if you choose Pay Pal, you will receive an email with a separate demand of payment over the contract amount which you can transfer on our Pay Pal Account (mpgeniets@mac.com).
Pre-Payment: if you choose our pre payment solution, you will receive an e-mail with our account information and IBAN number. As soon as we received the contract amount we will produce your order. An e-mail confirmation will be send as soon as the order is shipped.
Per Visa or Mastercard with SSL Security Service.
Order
After placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. Regardless which payment option you choose, you will always receive a confirmation email with the payment details.
Should you have any questions regarding your order, always mention your order number.
Note: As you order a personalized product, it is made especially to your specifications and you cannot cancel your order due to poor judgement or change of mind.
All personal information given to us will not be made available to third parties. In special cases we allow ourselves to cancel orders without a given reason.
Right of return
Stickerella guarantees that your order will be produced with highly quality requirements. When you receive the product, check it immediately for defects and consistence. The product can be returned within 3 business days after delivery with a valid reason and get a reprint. This is only possible if you notify us by email immediately and return the product incl. a copy of the bill and a description of the defects within 3 business days after receipt of the order. There is no right of return when you put the wrong text/icon on your product or if you have not followed our instructions ‚how to use’. It might also occur that in colour or fonts there may be a slight difference in comparison to our flyer or website. This is normal and we grant no right of return.
The guarantee does not extend the normal abrasion of the product and expires if the product was already in use.
Liability
No liability is granted by not following the instructions or in general for any damage physically as well as material and immaterial as a consequence of wrong use of our products. Instructions are delivered with every product.
The content of our website is composed carefully. We are not liable for any information that might be incomplete on our website. We are not liable for any damage on objects and/or material which occurs before during or after the process of sticking or ironing on our labels.
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zurich, Switzerland.
